I launched Just Try Therapy because I’ve seen—both in my 15 years of practice and in my own life—that the hardest part of growth isn’t the destination; it’s the initial action. Every bit of progress I’ve made has come from a willingness to step out of my comfort zone and just try something new.

I know that the thought of therapy can be intimidating. It feels like jumping into the deep end without knowing how deep the water really is. But here is what I want you to know: Even when the water is deep, you’ve always had a life jacket. Maybe you forgot to put it on, or maybe you never learned how. My job is to help you find it.
