Walk With Us is hosting a free community hike through the beautiful Rouge Valley. This isn't just a walk in the woods; it’s an opportunity to step away from our normal routines and ground ourselves in nature.

Our goal is to create community and encourage grounding through movement. We believe that the best conversations happen when we are moving side-by-side, sharing ideas and experiences in a relaxed, non-judgmental environment. Also, we get to go on adventure and have some fun!
